We have fully outsourced our backup and recovery operations to IT Lifeline for 18 months. We are also in the process of using them to perform some critical systems redundancy operations and will also be working with them to provide disaster recovery suites to critical business operations in the event of a localized disaster.

We have had several instances of needing to perform a bare metal restore of an application. The IT-Lifeline engineers are extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our recovery processes have been flawless. In several instances, business critical applications have been recovered successfully and in a very acceptable time window. In all instances, the utilization of the IT Lifeline team and the recovery application were successful. I am very confident in their services and ability to perform.

The IT-Lifeline team of engineers are extremely knowledgeable in their field. They have also selected and deployed hardware and software platforms that are proven in the industry and ones they know very well. Backup/Recovery failure rates across all industry can run 15% to 20%. I can say we experienced that prior to utilizing IT Lifeline. B/R has become so complex, it requires specialization and focus. That is the best service they provide for me and I have a 99.999% recovery rate.
