Primary Responsibilities -
* Qualifying, territory development, and strategic sales of IT-Lifeline’s solution set.
~ Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories.
* Developing new customers with various account sizes.
~ Maintain and update CRM database
* Selling to multiple Executive and Director level decision makers.
* Following-up on sales leads generated by marketing efforts.
* Attending and following-up on marketing specified events.
Experience/Skills -
* The ideal candidate will have demonstrated outstanding track record of success in selling applications, managed services, or backup and recovery solutions to various sized accounts.
* Candidates must have a successful track record of 3-5 years in information technology sales.
* Enterprise applications knowledge is strongly desired (i.e. Tivoli Storage Manager or equivalent).
* Candidates should have achieved over 100% of quota the last 2 out of 3 years.
* Successful executing in customer’s “company politics” and have the ability to motivate groups to work together.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

This will be done by establishing and nurturing relationships with appropriate customer C-level management and support staff to understand their business objectives, budget limitations, stress points, and business needs as it relates to how IT-Lifeline can service the account.

* Serve as a single point of contact to make sure customer needs and issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely manner by IT-Lifeline support staff and management.
* Listen to customer needs, solicit their feedback, pool and analyze the results, and work with IT-Lifeline staff to ensure individual and pooled requests are addressed.
* Maintain relationships with IT-Lifeline operations and engineering teams to ensure deliverables and service level agreements are consistent with customer expectations.
* Conduct customer interviews and write case studies to be used for IT-Lifeline marketing.
* Keep up-to-date with IT-Lifeline core product information. Keep up-to-date with with industry terms, products, and services, and competitive information. Communicate this information with customers when appropriate.
* Assist sales team in structuring additional value-added vertical sales into customer accounts.
* Where appropriate, and specifically with customer contract renewals, assist in the pricing process, deal & term sheets, deliverables definition, and final contract details.
* Provide feedback to IT-Lifeline marketing, operations, and engineering teams about demand and requirements of the contracted services as well as being a voice of the customers on new technology needed.
Experience/Skills -
* Experience in technology infrastructure, servers, storage, networks, business continuity & disaster recovery.
* The ideal candidate will have a background in technology as it relates to regulated industries such as finance, banking, or publicly held companies.
* Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with customers.
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent.
