Rob Neilson Director and Board Chairman
Rob joined Itron in 1983 and served as Chief Operating Officer, VP Strategy & Development, and VP of Marketing. He was named President in 2001 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Under Rob's leadership Itron grew from a regional, limited-product company to a global-market corporation with a diverse line of hardware, software and services. Rob retired from Itron and founded Lopu, LLC, a consulting and investment management company.
Matthew Gerber Director and Chief Executive Officer
Matt is a 20 year technology industry veteran with extensive global business development experience. Prior to joining IT-Lifeline Matt was President and CEO at SprayCool, a leader in advanced direct liquid cooling for electronics. Before joining SprayCool Matt served in various senior executive roles at Itronix, a global leader in the mission critical wireless mobile computing industry. In addition to the IT-Lifeline Board, Matt currently sits on several company and non-profit Boards.
Jon Eliassen Director
Jon was the President and CEO of the Spokane Area Economic Development Council. Prior to the EDC, he served 16 years at Avista Corp as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was a key executive team member and served as a strategy and financial resource to the CEO and Board of Directors. Throughout his 33 year career at Avista, Jon was a visionary leader of initiatives relating to corporate strategy, business development, communications, financial policy, corporate finance, and state and federal regulatory strategy.
Cordell Schroeder Director
Cordell has over 20 years of experience in the Information Management Industry. For the past 10 years he was a senior executive at Iron Mountain (IRM), most recently Vice President of Account Management North America. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Iron Mountain's Off-Site Data Protection Division, with primary responsibility for Iron Mountain's move into the online managed service business. Other positions he held with Iron Mountain included Vice President Operations Service & Support and Vice President of Marketing.
