The Recovery Suites are quiet rooms with accessibility to servers, desktops and other peripherals along with a staff ready to assist at any stage of the testing process. All Business Continuity packages include a scheduled continuity test. More can be scheduled at the discretion of the customer.

• Electronic vaulting or off-site media storage for recovery
• Pre-defined customer recovery team of business and technical staff
• Travel arrangements
• Pre-test objective meeting
• Third-party audit of test results (if applicable)
• Post test review
• Recovery Test Communications recovery:
     - Telephone, fax, and networking
     - Computer systems recovery: Bare-metal operating system recovery
     - Application, database, email, and data recovery
     - Administrator data consistency validation
     - Business unit application verification
• A monthly contract with IT-Lifeline defining the reservation for a business continuity hot-suite, infrastructure, and technical expertise
